We have compiled the questions you can ask frequently and we wrote them here. Here are frequently asked questions and answers.

Thanks to SHIPNEXT; You can buy directly from abroad with your own address without specifying any address in Turkey and without coming to the country.

The same categories and brands are sold in Turkey at half the prices sold in Russia and Azerbaijan. You can save money by getting a one-third discount on some products.

You can make purchases with your valid credit cards in Russia. You can track your end-to-end cargo from your customer panel.

We are currently serving Russia and Azerbaijan. We are working on adding other countries as well.

We have two payment gateways. The first one is virtual POS where you can pay with Mir / Visa / Mastercard credit cards.

The other one is a wallet payment system where you can pay with cryptocurrencies.

Payments

You can pay with your Mir/Master/Visa Credit Card or any Crypto Wallet.

Bank Transfer/EFT payments to be made to our company accounts in Russia will also be accepted soon.

The card information used while shopping at Shipnext is not recorded without your consent and cannot be seen by third parties.

Card information is kept in Shipnext.co solution partner Paypal TR (IYZICO) systems and cannot be accessed even by our site.

3D Secure system is used for transactions you make with a debit card. 3D Secure is an identity verification system developed by card companies to ensure the security of online shopping.

If you add the products you want to buy to your cart, the shipping charges are automatically calculated by our system and displayed in your cart.

You also pay shipping charges at the time of purchase.

There is no payment option at the time of delivery yet. (Cash on delivery)

Customs Legislation

Your orders may be stopped by Customs for different reasons.

  • If your orders sent to Azerbaijan exceed the personal usage limit ($300) for 1 Calendar month,
  • If your order sent to Russia exceeds the personal usage limit (€1000) at one time,
  • If more than 2 of the same products are ordered per month and the customs office concludes that your product is for commercial purposes, your orders may be stopped by the customs office and an additional tax fee may be applied to your order by the Customs authority.


We would like to point out that according to the Customs Law, customers can only make purchases from abroad for personal use.

You can request products in categories such as ready-made clothing, accessories, textiles, toys, home decorations, shoes, hats, electronics, cosmetics, etc. from Turkey for non- commercial purposes.

The list of products that are prohibited from passing through customs is as follows.

  1. Tobacco and tobacco products,
  2. Alcoholic or alcohol-like products,
  3. Products that can be inserted sim cards, such as mobile phones,
  4. Cosmetics and battery-operated products that have the risk of explosion under pressure,
  5. Meat and dairy products,
  6. Products such as guns and rifles,
  7. Drugs and stimulant products,
  8. Supplements and sports nutrition

Our company carries out the sieving and arrangements on behalf of our customers in its warehouses with the support of Micro-export.

Thanks to Shipnext technologies, customs problems are greatly reduced and no fees are incurred except in very special cases.

Despite all the regulations and precautions, in case of any customs fees, it is our customers’ responsibility.

Micro-export is a special customs and delivery method developed in favor of the customer for express and small package shipments.

It is part of the customs solutions that states offer to meet the urgent and important needs of their citizens.

The products requested under the limits set by the states at their own initiative are delivered door-to-door completely legally with duty-free and fast cargo.

Orders

After placing an order, an order detail information e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address.

You can track your instant package in domestic and abroad by clicking on “where is my cargo” under my account with your order number.

Due to the limited stock of the products sold, we do not have an exchange process.

Fill in the “Return request form” at the bottom of Shipnext.co.

Click the “Order detail” button on my orders on the homepage and view the details of your order.

When creating a return request, please specify the tracking number of your order and the reason for the order.

Select the product to be returned and the reason for the return. If you have purchased more than one product from the same product, you must also select the number of products to be returned.

Take note of the return shipping code that appears on the screen. You can also access your return shipping code from the My Orders page and from the notification message sent to your membership e-mail address.

Put the invoice together with the products to be returned in a single package. If your application is deemed appropriate, customer representatives will contact you.

Please deliver the package to our cargo office in Azerbaijan or Russia.

If Customer wants to give back the products, Due to international delivery, the return fees are borne by the customer.

Return Policy:

If the customer wants a return because they don’t like it, the return fees are covered by the customer.

In case of sending the wrong product, the package must be undamaged, unused and not damaged as a result of misuse. If products reach us used, worn or washed, we may have to send them back to you. In this case, no refund will be made.

There is a shipping fee that you have to pay for the return reasons listed below. This shipping fee is the special shipping price based on current conditions. You can learn this information from the customer representative. Return costs are valid even for products with free or discounted shipping.

Returns are not accepted for the reasons stated below.
– I don’t like your model
– I gave up
– I didn’t like the quality
– Too much, I ordered wrong.

Link Request

You can request a product even without being a member by using the “Request New Product” button on the homepage of the Marketplace or the “Let’s Send Us The URLs” section in Shipnext services (this) website.

After requesting the product, the requested product will be uploaded to Shipnext within 15 minutes by our team.

The product contents you want are translated into the customer’s language. You will be contacted by our customer representatives via the e-mail address you left.

In the meantime, to purchase the product, you need to create an account and complete your address registration.

Returns of disposable products or products that are likely to expire are not accepted.

Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, reproducible software and programs, DVD, CD and cassettes and stationery consumables.

In case of delivery of a product different from the picture on the Shipnext.co site, unopened, untested, intact, unused products can be returned.

If products reach us used, worn or washed, we may have to send them back to you. In this case, no refund will be made.

Always open your order next to the courier.

If package content is missing or incorrect:

1. Do not take delivery of the cargo and make a “Damage Determination Report” to the cargo officer.

2. Send the product/box back to us together with this report and invoice.

3. Please contact us through the following communication channels regarding the situation. You can reach us by using the “Connect to Live Help” button in the “Help” tab in the “My Account” section. You can write;

“I want to place my order through a customer representative.” For your information security, only you can complete your order.
